How much boost can i run daily on my d15b7 with a t20?

How much boost can i run daily on my d15b7 with a t20?
I have a t20 turbo on my d15b7 and I run 7.35psi on it daily and its not as fast I want it to be. With that small of a turbo can i run more boost? It has a y7 head on it so the comp. ratio is 10:1 and its got about 86k on the clock. I realy can't have it blow up on me right now, other wise I would turn it up to around 12psi.
