Default map sensor code on b16

i just recently had my head brought to a machine shop and had my head ground and re seated my valves, and after putting my head back on, my idle is going crazy, i dont know what is wrong, i think i have everything in time, crank, cams, and distributor i know are in time, i think my valves are in time but how do i go about with checking that? i am also gettin way to much fuel, i dont know if thats because my ecu is reading that i have a bad map sensor if my fuel pressure regulator is bad or i have some injector problem or what... any help on why i would be getting to much fuel and how exactly to go about timing valves would be well appreciated...
thx,
ryan

double check all your vacuum hoses, the MAP reads vacuum and controls fueling. That would be the first place i'd look.
