Default 4th gens with relocated battery's...

Where the hell did u have room to mount the battery box?? I tried on the right side behind the tail light but that didn't work.

You don't have to have a battery box if you have a sealed battery, ie Optima. I have one that I have just strapped down in the trunk. As long as you've got it secure and it won't slide around, you should have nothing to worry about! HTH

i got mine behind the tail light on the pass side.. i dont need a ****** bat box.. screw that ****. there is a vent near it... open that up

Quick question why do you need ventaltion for the battery? Sorry guys not really smart about the electrical stuff.

In order to pass NHRA tech, you need the battery in a sealed approved box that is vented to the outside. You will also need a kill switch in the back of the car for it. If you can fit it up front, keep it there. Saves a many problems.

Is that the On/Off I see on the back of cars? Mine is going in the trunk, so I will need to put a big switch on my tail?
Damn......Is this just for NHRA, or are other Sanctioned events going to want this too. I wonder about SCCA Auto-X....
