Default Question about coilovers

i have some coilovers and i was wondering the higher the coilover the less bouncy it will be? and less stress on the shocks?

Not neccesarily. I kinda dont understand your question. The higher your car is raised. the easier it will be on your shocks. And if your using stock shocks they will blow very quick regardless of the drop. (please not literaly ). So get some aftermarket ones...

yeah the bounciness comes from shocks that cant keep up with the higher rate springs
