If you mean 93 integra brakes... yes... they fit...
I have 93 teg TA's and brakes on my 93 civic ex...
The only issues (that I've come across) are that the lower control arm's shock bushing is larger then the civic one. I just ended up keeping my civic lca and upper/lower comp arms (they came with the teg set up).

I think they will bolt up, but wouldnt recommend doing so. If i remember correctly, there are camber issues that are involved. I could be wrong, so research a little more on the fronts.

I didn't do my fronts... but like mentioned here.. I do believe it induces front camber issues...
Tom (b18c5-eh2) I believe is the one who told me that... I don't KNOW either way though..

it will fit your car fine. make sure that it come with everything. like proportional valve, booster, master cylinder. brake cable and of course the brake assembly. i don't think that you will have any issue with camber for the front, unless you remove the upper control arm, or the strut of the fork, then you will have problem with camber.
here's the "be all end all" x brakes on y car thread... It doesn't actually answer your question though...
They say the 90-93 causes camber issues in the back too which is NOT the case with mine (well one side is out but the other is fine.. .I just need to align it.).

yeah I'd recomend getting it aligned to avoid un-even tire wear and any problems...
Also I'd be sure to get the proportioning valve too... Lots of people do without it but it's kinda pointless to not put it in... and it will provide better braking then with the stock one.
