Default Check out this turbo.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...77259

now bear with me; im like a lost retarded child at a national spelling when it comes to turbos. for the simple-minded person like me, would this be the turbo for me? im looking for something with low boost and lag to give me a decent low end punch without the parasitic loss of a sc.

this would be going on an integra ls, btw. do you think that the 15 miles that they claim is dyno runs and test drives? if it is, its a pretty nifty market technique; turbo kits pretuned for you car.

as any other turbo system.. ditch their fuel/timing setup for a hondata, wastegate for tial, and return line - i don't know if fmax provides rubber return line.. so steel braided is a better choice.

and , if you want a quick spool, you'd want a smaller turbo than provided with the kit - as in most cases people don't even bother asking for specific turbo for thier setup, but if you want specific results - you need the right turbo specs for your car.

$2900 seems a lot for a used turbo kit

as far as pre-tuned claims.. i wouldn't rely on that.. besides the fact that every car tunrs out differnt.

heres the thing: the local dyno is... well there is no local dyno; i am yet to find one within 50 miles, or even 100 miles from my house. thats why the above mentioned kit is so well. whats the fmaxs peak boost rpm? the above linked turbos peak boost rpm?

The whole entire idea of "Pre-Tuned" is not a very good idea. Every single engine is different. To hope to just bolt this on, and not do tuning to your particular setup is crazy. The kit is good, but like mentioned above, you can get it new for those prices.
And without starting a new thread about the pros/cons of the additional injectors, just adding injectors is nowhere near the proper setup of getting appropriate sized injectors for your setup. Additional injectors is no substitute for proper injectors for your boost level.
That, and it has been installed. You dont know what has happened to it.. maybe oil line set improperly?

Just my 2 coppers anyways.
for looking at coming to the dark side!
