Default B18 (LS) intake manifold?

Sup guys, my friend just gave me a B18B1 intake manifold and I have a B18A1 in my Integra. I was wondering if the newer (B1) intake manifold would flow better than my stock one? If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks guys.

Yeah the manifold was free. I was thinking maybe getting it ported and getting a new throttle body, like a B16 or Type R throttle body. My friend told me i would have to get a throttle body with map sensor on it, because my map sensor is back by the firewall. BTW, my car is OBD1.
