Any of you weld up the coolant hole on the lower right side (near tb)? For those of you who just plugged it any problems? I plugged mine with a hose and clamp, worked great for the 10 months I've been running it, now coolant is leaking? Also my car over heats and my fan only turns on when Ac is running. Im thinking it is my thermostat that may be causing problems? Any suggestions?
I used a vacuum plug with a hose clamp and it works great. Fix that plug and see if that fixes the coolant leak. You may also want to check your other hoses for leaks. If you're leak is severe, it will cause overheating. My first attempt to plug that damn end with a hose and clamp was a failure and resulted in overheating.
As for the fan not turning on, it could be the fan is bad. A bad ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) sensor is supposed to throw an engine code 6 in Integs, but it's a possibility -- though smaller than the fan's motor.

Thanks for the info guys, I'm thinking its my thermostat because after idling the car for 15 minutes or so the fan does not come on, however it does come on when Ac is running. As for the vacuum plug, I think I might just have it welded or I was advised to run a T pipe. Im not running a Cel so I dont think it was a sensor fail.
