Default Which Cam to Purchase? b16

I just trying to get some recommendtions? Setup consits of b16, dc 4-1, intake, greddy exhaust, ctr pulley, stock pr3 ecu. Also purch. some skunk cam gears. I dont drive the car daily. Pretty much a weekend hobbie. I go to autox and williow springs events. No 1/4 racing. I was leaning towards skunk 1's.

Would skunk 2 be an over kill? I dont mind purchasing the necessary valvetrain.

Input is greatly apreciated....thanx

correct, go for a milder cam with stock compression. Either R cams, Skunk2 stage 1, or Toda A.

I would just save the cash and go with the R cams, because the others dont typically make a huge difference in power. Used R cams can be found for $350 pretty often.

There is a guy on this board (killerbseries) who put down 185whp all motor and 225 on juice utilizing stage 1's on his stock bore/compression B16.
