Im lookin into a 2.5 inch exhaust to replace my 2.25 inch. Does any manufacturer make a 2.5 inch? Ive looked and it seems I can only find 2.25 and 3 inch ones. The thermal 3 inch is lots of $$$. Im looking to go cheaper. Can I do a custom 2.5 inch set up for cheap?

 

Thermal R&D makes a 2.5" catback also.

 

most japanese aftermarket catback systems are 60mm which is 2.3". You can go to your local muffler shop and get crush bend 2.5" piping....or...you can hit up Kteller8 for his 2.5" mandrel bend piping.
