I'm new to the turbo scene and I tried searching, but I couldn't find much information. I'm buying a Turbonetics T3/TO4B ball bearing turbo (63 exhaust and 54 trim with a stage 5 wheel). I'm planning to put it on a b16a. Will I have to run a lot of boost to get around 220whp from this turbo on my little b16a?

get mickey at apex in tucson to tune it. He does Damn great work. you should be able to hit 220 easy. i hit 225 with stock fuel on my b16 turbo at about 7-8 psi

 

Thanks. I'm buying the turbo on friday and I just wanted to double check since I'm a noob to turbo stuff other than anything involving the sohc greddy turbo kit. I'm piece together the turbo kit right now, but I'm going to have my friend back in Chicago tune it.
