Default I got a gsr!

Hey guys, well I have been doing this whole honda thing for a while, I sold my EG and got a GSR. Black exterior, black cloth interior. Lots of hardware too. Just wanted to let you guys know I am part of the club now!

Good luck with it. Invest in some security before you go nuts making it fast.

do all of your suspension mods first, then move onto that fully built motor with the t3/t66 turbo and 1200cc injectors pushing 3 BAR of boost, oh wait

AEM short ram intake
DC 4-2-1 ceramic header
Apex n-1 catback
Neuspeed Race springs
Tokico Blues
Act Flywheel
Exedy Clutch
Fuel pressure regulator with gauge
Short shifter
Razo shift ****
2 sets of wheels; 18in racing hart t5's in great shape, one just needs a new tire and a set of black 95 gsr wheels, all 4 of them need new tires.

The interior is in great shape, the passenger side seat looks brand new
85k miles
The guy who I bought it from is a Lexus mechanic, so he took good care of the engine. The exterior needs some things, a new side skirt, the truck needs to be painted, and front bumper could use replacing.

All in all, it drives good, and thats what is important to me!

The 18's are definetely for sale, hopefully someone around here will buy them, if not, I will put them on ebay. I am probably going to put some black/red group n's with azenis on them, or maybe some 16in gram lights, or some 16in slipstreams.

It does have a high flow cat already

It has a Viper alarm on it

It has no DOHC stickers on it, just a small HKS sticker where the old badge was, and that will probably get removed soon.

2 things I forgot to mention, it also has a autometer A/F gauge and Oil Pressure gauge where the cruise and dimmer used to be.

I did the same thing except I still have the hatch sitting in the garage as a spare (my son's MR2 turbo seems to be getting fixed a lot). Unlike yours though, mine came stock except for new Kumho tires.
How many miles on it?
Definitely get the compression checked, it sounds like that car has done some racing.
Have fun

It has 85k on it. It says it in his second post. Not too many miles, but still a compression test wouldn't hurt.

a LEXUS mechanic owned it! I have done a compression test, perfect on all four. It has alot of the service records, he just did a 75k mile service and replaced the brakes and all of the fluids. It has had mobil 1 synthetic in it its whole life

Congrats on the GSR...take care of it and you will not be disappointed. Mine has 158K and still going strong!

And the joys of owning a GSR or any good lookin Honda for that matter is this.....you don't necessarily have to be going fast to be the envy of others.
