Ef-1 rods - Anyone running these? How do they compare to Eagle rods?
I was gonna go run Eagle rods with ARP 625 rods and JE pistons.. i don't plan to pass 275whp on daily basis, and possibly 300whp here and then.
My other goal is to have something that will last and not fall apart.
Now.. EF-1 - they supposed to come with stronger bolts and same price range as Eagle rods, but i havne't heard nothing of them

I have 3 engines running with these rods..one is a 84.5mm lsvtec at over 200 whp with no problems at all..from what I was told these rods are rated to 800 whp.
