Ok guys Im having some problems, hopefully you can help. I have a 99 Civic LX Sedan. I just hit 40k miles, around 33k, I got a major tuneup, flushed the tranny and the injectors, and at 37k I changed the oil and filter with OEM Honda. Today I changed the air filter. My wife got in the car and it wouldnt turn over, just kinda went like rrrrrreeeee rrrreeeee. So thats when I started pocking around, and noticed 2 clamps around the stock airbox were loose, so I popped the other 2 and saw the dirty filter, I went and replaced it. Came back and gave it a jump, it started no problem. Took it for a drive, parked it, and it started to idle real rough. Usually it idles in park around 1k, this time it was barely over 0, like about 200 (guesstimate). So I shut it off and try to start her back up, and same thing rrrreeee rrrrreeeee. What do you think it is possibly?

 

check all vacuum lines, recheck plug gaps, make sure all sensors are properly connected..

 

Took it in for a diagnostic, turns out the battery was dead. Bought me a nice new Interstate.
