What size rims and tires?
I just recently put on a set of springs with about a 2 1/2 drop on my 95 ex. What size rims and tires can I fit with out a problem with the wheels rubbing. or is that always going to be a problem with this much of a drop? Also, is a camber kit always necessary? Post pictures of your ride with this same drop. thanks kevin
I'm guessing you've got neuspeed race/intrax..can't remember the name/coilovers. You'll need a camber kit, unless you plan on buying tires every 3-4 months. I'm not certain on rubbing with a drop that low, but i do know that you need a certain offset rim.
..
I wouldnt even attempt putting 17's on it with it sitting that low unless you are planning on rolling the fenders( then you might NOT rub)I really wouldnt go with anything over 16's.. Then that depends on you suspension setup when cornering hard and the offset of the wheels
Tell me what you mean by the offset. And also are you saying I deffinitely don't want 17's.
Offsets are distance of the mounting surface from the wheel.
Go to web site like http://www.tirerack.com for more explaination.
For 15X6.5 wheels, you'll want 40mm.
For 16X7 wheels, I think it should be 45mm ((( someone please confirm)))
I would not get 7.5 wide wheels because they are too wide in your case and rise rubbing somewhere.

Don't know. But try looking at the web sites above for example, and see what their prices are like. Go to your local shop to see if they can find it cheaper. So do compare. And watch out for hidden cost, like shipping, tire balance, valve stems, additional tire warranty or additional "free" tire service. All the = to $$$$.
Problem #1: Light rims don't EVER come at a good price!
Problem #2: Oops, there is no problem #2!
If you're looking for light wheels for racing, check out anything forged (the Racing Hart CP035's are my faves, but nearly $400 for a single 16x7.5!). Second option is a strong (but heavier) cast and machined wheel, like the Panasports. Classic looks at just over half the price.

thanks...do you have any idea where i can get a set of light 16's for a good price?
How light are you talking.. you could look into rotas.. I think they are about 15lbs for a set of 16's.. You can get a set of 16x7 for about $450-500 w/o tires..
yeah, I was gonna say that the Rota Circuit8's and Subzeros are cheap and relatively light. I'm personally looking into the Subzeros...
Rotas make a wheel called sliptreams..They are just like the spoon wheels.. (for everyone who hasnt seen them yet..)
