Interested in finding out who (if any) places sell piping that would fit up to the exhaust ports of B & D series head. Or the process to bend the right shape. Just wondering how you get the piping to match the exhaust ports? its seems like it would be partcialy a flattening job. Any info would be great.

have a billet tool made that will bend the pipe to fit... Its basically just 2 half oval pieces that you bolt together that form the pipe to the tool... I'll see if I can get a picture for you.

 

how about a blow torch and a vise...old fashioned but you'll get the shape ya want out of it.
