REAL fuel line tech.. Pt#s...
Ok, i have been recently looking for the part numbers to make a fuel line. I didnt want to purchase one for 90 bucks so i made my own....
here is the info.
http://www.anplumbing.com
1)pt# 991945 carburetor adapter solex dellorto, mikuni 12mm x 1.25 to -6an $5.66x2.
2)pt#815006 swivel seal 150deg tube hose end $20.01 x 2
3)Stainless Steal hose pt# 3000006 $5.45 per foot.
How to.
take fuel rail and with a stud remover socket remove the fuel rail stud. Screw in #1. Remove fuel line from fuel filter, screw in the other #1. Assemble the new fuel line like this. http://www.diyracing.com/sshowto.html. The rest is self explanatory, just hook up the line and your done.. Brand new Ss line you made yourself and saved 30-40 dollars.. You can find SS line cheaper on different websites, i just used AN plumbing as a reference....
HTH... PM for questions... Oh, you can also do oil lines just as simple...

Thanks for the write up. I'm going to be doing this very soon on my car as well. I hear some people using a 180 degere instead of the 150 degree fitting you use. I guess it makes no big of a difference.
How many feet of SS line did you end up using?

well, you dont want it goijg STRAIGHT down cause stuff gets in the way.. your alot safer if you use the 150 degree.. but hey, give it a try.
My car is eg with h22 in it... I put the accord fuel rail on and the Stock fuel line was just a TINY bit short.. It worke,d but it was stretching... Thats why i put the ss line on... Plus i love makin that ****. ahaha..

Yup. I have a b18b in my eg, and my fuel line looks a bit short too. I'll go home and measure to see how much fuel line i need. I normally order from summitracing.
Sumimt is a bit much.... Also, you have to order by the foot.. so just order 2 feet and then go from there... It took me 4 minutes to make the SS line... Another 4-5 to install it.... Looks nice to.

summit racing is actually the same price as many. Also why did you use 2 150 degree ends? one 150 degree end goes from the fuel filter, and you should have a straight end going to the fuel line right?
ya, you can have a straight end hooked up to the 12mmx1.25 or you can have a 150degree one.. i did the 150degree one because i didnt want the fuel line sticking up out of the fuel rail.
Ill post some pics tomorrow.
