Car hesitating around 7K rpm. What can this be

Car hesitating around 7K rpm. What can this be
Hi to all. My problem is that after I run my car at WOT and around 7500 RPM the car start hesitating. Like it needs more fuel or something I’m missing.
My setup is as follows:
87 B16A powered CRX
S1 tranny
MSD 6AL ignition
Wallbro Fuel pump
K&N air filter
Still have the stock spark plugs cables and Bosh 4201 spark plugs
PR3 ECU (Was AT but converted to MT and chipped with mugen rom I found on the PGMFI web page)
Ignition timing is around 19 deg, Last time I check it.
Running on 93 octane TEXACO gas.
