Not that I've heard of, but I certainly am not a guru or anything. I looked into this briefly when I was rebuilding my tranny a few months ago. Anyone else?

Nope, they do not make stronger synchros for Honda's. You might be able to cryo the synchros, but I don't know how cost effective that would be or how well it would work. While you're in the tranny, it would be good to do a LSD.

They're brass right? Cryo them if you wish, but it won't be as hard as steel and it will still wear when it meets steel.

You really don't need "stronger" syncros, harder syncro rings would just make it harder for the syncros to do their job, which is to help slow the gears down so they can engage smoothly. Without syncros at high speed, the gears would tear each other apart. If you don't want your car to wear out, then just don't drive it. You're fighting an uphill battle if it's your only car and drive it everyday.

I don't think cryo'ing them would be a good idea, when you cryo yyour engine parts you need to rebalance everything, because most of the time, all the parts that get cryo'd come out slightly smaller then they were when they went in..
