diff between disc and drum brake
No not all sedans have that set up, ur car has that set up. Drums are a lot cheaper and older technology so their used to cut costs, and save money. Dedpends on the car really. Drums are starting to get phased out but you can still find them on many budget priced cars. i.e civcs and accords( i believe the 2003 models have a disc disc set up).

yeah, it's old technology but the only good thing it's cheap and the drum brake last much longer.
the drawback would be the heat, the closed design of the drum brake often give you a soft panel, which reduce the braking ability due to the heat trapped inside. you probably wont feel a sh-t driving normal but on the track and autoX, you might want four wheels disc brake.
disc brake is more and more common now, almost replacemnt the rear drum on newer vehicle. just like abs and airbag/srs(my 14 years old acura only got one airbag, which only offered to the driver
)

I found that my car has all-disc brakes, not sure though coz the source is not very
reliable.

PS: It said the muffler of SE is dual tip but when I got the car it has single tip
muffler..........

the front brakes are disc, no question about that, then go look at the rear brakes, if they look like the front, theyre disc, if they dont, theyre drum....
