Default Crower cams

Tomorrow I am planning on dropping in Crower 63402a cams into my
Type R. My question is what should I set my V-tech crossover using the Vafc.
Also as of now I am running a 75 shot of nitrous from Zex, will it still be safe to spray. As of now I am running the timing at 14 and I am not sure if I should advance that are leave it as is.

My guess would be around 5-5200. you should use a dyno to see what works best. Do not advance timing with NOS you're just asking for detonation...
