Default Question for those with aftermarket header..

Are you using the header mount which is attached to the back of the block? It is the mount which is right before the collector. My car was missing the bracket ; I purchased it used. I have a DC 4-1 with the 2.5". I was told that not having this bracket puts strain on the header studs. Also, will the stock bracket work with the DC or do you have to get a bracket for the JDM Honda 4-1?

Thanks

You don't really need it. It does put more strain but most of the headers are light weight enough.
