as long as it's not obstructing the end of the nozzle, it's fine. That looks good enough.

Just wonderin, why did ya run it through that fitting?

why not just use a rubber grommet that will hold it in securely??

i used the fitting because no matter what i did i could never get the nozzle to stay in tight and it stipped both holes i made... the threads on the nozzle are to small and my AEM cai is made of thin metal, i fixed it anyways, the fitting worked perfect. i dont think a rubber gromet would be good enough, i wanted to make sure it was really in there.

cool, let me know where you got that fitting; does the nozzle screw straight down into the fitting's threads?

I also have an AEM CAI and it didn't like the nozzle's threads, so I got a bunch of washers and a nut and tightened it down GOOD!!!

ya dude, my nozzle screws right it and it cost like 70 cents, i was ****** happy. i got it at manards but if they dont have those where you live try a home depot or somthin, part was WATTS SP-190 MIP to female pipe bushing 1/4" X 1/8" . it was in the plumbing section. i grinded the threaded part down by about half just cause. its in there real tight now. put a little pipe thread tape on it.
