Love the forum.. very informative.

Ive searched for this, but havent found anything.


Id like to paint my heat shield, but my bolts are really rusted, and im a little worried they will snap at first contact.

has anyone tried to paint theirs without removing it, or better yet, success on removing it?

 

i had no problem removin' mine off, but then again it wasn't rusted...the only trouble part was gettin' the bottom bolt of since its not very convenient to get to...but i manage..
