you should dyno your car for best gains, but since you still have the stock LS cams 0, 0, should be just fine because those will keep it stock..... when you get aftermarket cams then you can tune them with the cam gears

A Dyno will yield the best results but you can start of buy trying +1~2 on the intake cam and -1~@2 on the exhaust cam .... 
Just don't go crazy by going more than 4deg. +~- or you'll likely F#@K Some Shizznt up
