A wing a prayer.
Seriously a shitload of money. Most likely turbo is the best bet.

It would take alot of money, which you most likely don't have. If you are daily driving this car then you may want to lower your expectation to the 12-13 mark.
That is an average price for that engine installed.
Also what car is this going into? 92-95?

God better be pushing your *** down the track if you wanna hit 11's in a B16 while keeping it at 1.6L.
Seriously though....and MAJOR engine rebuild to either handle a shitload of boost or a **** load of nitrous. That's your only hope.

nah it's easy you just have to make your civic weigh ~ 1000lbs or just take that b16 and put it in a go-cart or something...
really if you want to hit 11's on your daily driver the b16 was not the best motor... and 3000 is on the high end for a b16 swap installed most shops i know charge about 2500 or so.
you'll need a big turbo and a big wallet no matter what way you go.
good luck, if you want to start your way to the 11's now i recommend reading everything you can about FI and engine building / mechanics.

way too much...i agree with the turbo, it's gonna need hella bottom end work and a lot of boost. Wings, prayers, and god pushing you down the track would all be helpful as well!

I ran a 10.985 @ 124.68
On a stock block b16... just thought some of you might like to know!
and as a side note, the car is still purring, so I guess that we'll keep pushing her!</TD></TR></TABLE>

AEM intake, Mozart muffler, and upgraded ignition, should be close to 11's.
The motor would need to be boosted, whether stock and finely tuned, or fully built, turbo is the way

Stock B16, Good Turbo setup, Hondata tuned by someone who knows what they are doing, slicks, sub-2000lb Civic, and a good driver.
