Default **Help, Noob with Turbo

i just got a Del Sol with a B18b and i want to turbo it. I want to run somewhere around 12 second ET. Got Many Questions. My first honda and first insight about turbo.

1-Which turbo is best? i was thinking about a T3/T4.... i heard T66 is more power, but more lag

2-Not only will i need turbo, but what about internals? so far i've been told to get forged low comp pistons, Eagle rods, titanium valve springs, have the block sleeved, and get a thicker gasket and i should be fine to boost high. what about injectors and all the other stuff i left out? anything else needed?

3- whats the best management? i've heard Hondata is the way to go...

4-currently i have a B16 hydro tranny, will that hold ? or should i swap with a cable tranny?

5-i love the sound of a BOV, which brand would have the loudest sound? friend told me HKS sequential BOV, and another told me Turbo XS Pssssssssssh

6- with high power, there needs to be traction. what would help with that? LSD? slicks?

well i plan on doing everything in 2 months after i pay some debts off. Any help is welcome. Thanks guys!

i would go with a t/3/t4. it all depends on what u want the car to do. street/strip or full race.

2-Not only will i need turbo, but what about internals? so far i've been told to get forged low comp pistons, Eagle rods, titanium valve springs, have the block sleeved, and get a thicker gasket and i should be fine to boost high. what about injectors and all the other stuff i left out? anything else needed?

u do need pistons and rods at least. if u want to run more boost get the block sleeved.

3- whats the best management? i've heard Hondata is the way to go

hondata is highly recommended.

i would help u more but i have to go to class now. im for any more q's. if u are in doubt, use the search button on top.
