Like the topic says does anyone know what kind of times the new SCION Xb runs stock?

 

I haven't tested mine but I know it will beat a sohc hatch . It might be able to keep up with a si hatch , ha ha . No on the real it's pretty fast . I might run it at CMI for the hell of it .

 

I just got one too and was thinking of taking it out to the track wednesday night to see but wanted a ballpark number.

 

Dude , what color is yours . Mine is the matelic gray . I'm sure it will run low 16s if not better . Let me know .

mid to high 17's... try going to vegas from so.cal up the 15 in it.. you will wanna sell it halfway up the hill's..

Not true . Sadisticracing , take the XB for a cruz to Tahoe and you will be proud of your XB . That was my first trip out of the lot . Cuz I was going to take it back if it didn't do well . But hay , I still have it .

 

my gf has one .. it seemed alright at first but now i realize its prety slow... i will be designing a cold air for it similair to the j's racing shape/design. in full carbon fiber. est price will be 150$
i was going to do these like 4 months ago but i wasnt sure if that many people were actyally buying this car, but it seems they are alot in the last month or 2

Post pictures when done....might have to get one for mine.

 

aem already has an intake for it i believe..my gf wants one so bad, and when we were on toyota.com "building our own" scion, it had an aem intake as a factory option.

 

AEM does have one but we like the carbon fiber better plus they want $340 at the dealership for it.(that's installed)

Hey guy's I am back, here is my feed back on the XB Scion, John@M&H-Hashom's

 

I watched 'Motorweek' on Speedvision last night. They did the usual gamut of tests on both the Scion models. Both the car and the 'van' had similar times in the quarter and even slalom. They were able to pull something in the 17s in the 1/4. I deleted it from the tivo so I'm not sure of the exact times. Either way you did better than the test drivers on the show .

 

They actually said that it runs 18.2 so my 17.8 is better and and the only way I can think that I did better is because we changed the mass air flow sensor earlier in the day and it's supposed to get me 15-20hp.
