AEM EMS or Hondata
A Hondata with boost option, datalogging and ROMulator etc. is about as much as an AEM EMS. I checked AEM's site and it said for 1992 or newer Accords. As fas as I knew, the F22A4 was the only 1990-1991 engine, and the F22A1 and F22A6 were available from 1990-1993 for the A1 and 1991-1993 for the A6. Shouldn't the AEM EMS work for some 1990-1991 Accords as well then? Also, how can I tell which engine I have?
i dont know much about the aem ems 2 but i would perfer hondata over aem's
simply because it's more user friendly and alot of tuners have experience with them.
aem i believe have more function in terms or tuning, more complex but if that's what you want

However a Hondata system installed by a dealer in NY is going to cost you about $650 and that is including the p28 ECU, so for under 1,000 you can have a fully tuned system. The Hondata system includes pretuned maps for large injectors for an F22 (I have an Accord) which will save you tuning time.
