Default turbine housing exchangebale? HELP!

Is it possible to put the turbine housing from an T3 63 a/r on an T3 48 a/r? I need to know this, cause I want to exchange the housings for the right 5lug dp bolts.

T3 48 a/r

T3 63 a/r
the standard turbo from the DRAG III kit, Turbonetics.

possibly. i tink the drags comoe with a stage 3 turbine wheel while the T3 shown has a stage 2 wheel. you'd hav to get one machined to work with the bigger blade.

The exhaust wheel on both turbos have to be the same stage to interchange the housings. Like Stage 3 turbonetics and stage 3 garrett should interchange.

You can change it. I talked to cheapturbo.com and majesticturbo.com and they both said all you need to do is measure the wheel at the biggest diameter and smallest and they can tell what stage it is. Then they can get you the exhaust housing to fit that wheel in 5bolt or 4bolt and in whatever a/r you need. Thats what they told me.
