my 98 prelude just started this **** today...

i went to start the car and it wouldn't start..turns out i left the lights on all night into the moring...
so i was like alright..let me charge this up ...so i did and then the battery came back to life and i went to start the car ...starter turns but that is all it does ..just turns..and the engine won't go on...i give a little gas and the motor comes on but is reving up to 2 grand then dropping to 0 and almost stalling while exhaust is spitting out black smoke and it sounds like it is putting.....it does this up and down **** for like 10 min then it finally settles to a 700 rpm idle..as soon as i get in gear and give her a little gas...she dies...

i can;'t figure this **** out....i checked all the plugs...cyc 1,2 and 3 all had this little black powder looking film on them...and number 4 had some gas on its tip...i figured it was a little flooded from trying to start the car.. the plugs are 1 step colder ngk's w/ only 200 miles on them and are gapped at .030 because i am running a f-max turbo kit at 5psi....i checked every cyclinders compression and it is as follows:
