Default b16 crank in gsr block with gsr head

I recently spun a rod bearing in my gsr block. I found a b16 crank locally and I was wondering if i can use it in my block. What would I have to do in order to use it? Thanks

Sell the crank...it's useless for your purpose. The b16 has a shorter deck and a very short stroke compared to a B18c crank 77 vs 87.2 to be exact. If yours is terminal you'll need a new one.
