Default GSR crank into b16 block

hey guys i'm in the process of starting a project and my first purchase is going to be a GSR crank. I found one however it's in a b16 block, now my question is don't you need a taller deck to put a GSR crank into a b16 block? he swears it is a GSR crank and he sent me pics of the deck and it sure looks like stock deck height. So am i wrong in thinking that a GSR crank in a b16 would require a taller deck?

also what is the best way to identify a gsr crank?

thanks honda guru's

EDIT: I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT ROD LENGHT, SORRY

yeah you can run that setup with custom rods. It's basically a little stroker motor.
