i've never heard of NA people using an EGT, does it works? i would say it does, but is not as efficient as in FI, right?

EGT is used for A/F tuning. It will work as well on an N/A as it will on FI. Run it pretty close like 2-3" to the exhaust port for accurate reading.

for A/F tunning? well, yes, but it's used a lot more for timming changes, since the timming affects the temps a lot more than the mixture (also, the A/F wideband is better to tune the mixture), right?

Yes an EGT is a lot more accurate then using a narrow band light show. Not used often with N/A apps. Most people wouldn't havea clue at what they are looking at anyways.

What type of numbers would the EGT read in an NA application compared to an FI app., Same numbers? lower temps?

Cylinder #3, ~1" from the head flange. Cylinder #3 is the hottest cylinder in the B series engine.

Not lean, just runs hotter because of the firing order and water circulation starting at the front and doing a 340 around #4
