my rockford amp is messed up..help
ive got a rockford 400s sub from a while back , and i remember the shop that installed it hooked a dual 4ohm L7 to it. they wired it to 2 ohms and the amp was bridged at 4ohms, so it blew the L and my amp hasnt worked since.
the thing is tho, the light comes on about half as bright it did when it worked. i opened it up and it looks fine, no signs of being burnt or anything so i dont know what to do. anybody know what might be wrong?

It sounds like when the shop hooked it up wrong that it took out the power supply on the amp. Rockford used to have a flat rate to fix amps. I think it was 125 dollars and they replace the whole circuit board.
o forget that then, i can get new ones for cheaper than that off ebay. i think ill just take it apart and play with it.
