can anyone just tell me where to look or somthin, i feel like an *** cause i cant find it. maybe tell me where the fuel filter is or somthin and i can fallow it up to the engine compartment

 

start at the fuel rail on the top of the intake manifold. Follow the thick fuel line to the firewall on the passenger side. That cansister is the fuel filter.

Depends on the gen ofthe car. 5th gen fuel filters are buried under the master cylinder. I agree that you can trace back from the rail to it. ALL of my Civic/CRX setups came with the filter mounted on the firewall near the VIN on the passenger side. There is a large canister there as well. For that design there is a flex line going to the rail.
