Just wondering really quick what compression ITR pistons will yield in a JDM b16 motor?

What compression will CTR pistons yield in a JDM b16?

I was told my a local tuner that ITR pistons would yield 11.5:1 in the JDM b16 and the CTR pistons would yield 11.7:1 but that seems kind of high. Does anyone really know?

ITR'a are low in a b16 like 9 to something dont even rememeber. You want CTR pistons for a b16 should put you around 11 to 1.

 

Your better off with a 1.8 block if your looking to get some high CR.

WTF???.......whatever...ITR's will lower you CR and CTR pistons will raise it.

 

thanks for the help guys! I am going to hold off on the ITR pistons and wait till there is a deal on the CTR ones or some HC JE pistons....
