Well this is the 3rd time this month that I had to recharge my battery. Could it be my alternator? I just got my ITR last year brand new. Or could it be alot of stripped wires on my ECU. I also have DSM 450cc injectors and a electric fuel pump wired up. I have no sound system besides a cd player... what could it be?

what are all your mods on the motor? regardless, i don't think it would be necessary to be running 450cc injectors.

Get the alternator and battery tested to see if they are functioning properly. Do this befor 'assuming' of what it could be, injectors and fuel pump have no impact on a batteries ability to keep a charge.

check if it's the alternator or just a diode in the alternator. people will charge you for a 100+ alt for the cost of a diode which is like 10 bucks.
Thanks for the suggestion....my battery is toast right now also. I am going to get a new one (no time for the alternator, leaving for a trip...car is a trailer queen anyway) but if the new one drains...then I will do the alternator.

Interesting... I am on my 5th battery... Just changed my alternator a month ago and another battery died. I need to take it back to the dealership to check it out again. I have yet to do it, but whenever I find the time I'll take it.

do you run aftermarket flywheel?
do you run aftermarket flywheel?
when you replace the alternator is also a good idea the replace your battery too, once you completely drain a battery it will never charge or supply voltage the same
