What sensors are missing from jdm engines?

What sensors are missing from jdm engines?

Just like it says, what sensors are on usdm that aren't on the jdm's? I know for sure the crankshaft fluctuation isn't there but what else? Are they hard to wire in? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

On my JDM ITR the VTEC pressure switch isn't used.

Sorry I should have been more specific. It's a b18b. Is it just the cranshaft sensor missing or what?
