I will cast the first "no" vote. Too big for most all motor applications. You will lose bottom end and mid-range, you may get a slight gain up top.

It depends on your set up.I was surprise to see that my motor did pretty good with the IM.The hp/tq curve was better than my type R IM..

You'll probably gain power from about 7000-10000rpm. So for your application, probably not worth it.

u dont make enough power to put the price of the manifold to good use.

Try it and dyno before and after...I am pretty sure it will make power..

Ppl told me I would loose low end with my 2.5in exhaust...WRONG...
ppl told me that a 4-1 header is only good for top end...WRONG..

I gained both low and high with it and have the same amount of torque as a 1.8L now..

And as you can see an actual owner of it says it's better than his ITR IM...Try it out man

Or sell it to me and you can buy my ITR IM

If you decide to go with the Edelbrock IM, maybe you could do before and after dynos so we could all learn something

since the edelbrock im design is so far different from the designs on the AEBS IM, I'd have to say that it would probably loose mid range and low rpm power, and gain high rpm power. It is after all designed to make power between 7000-10000 rpm. I'd be extremly suprized if your car was faster with it on, but who knows ever engine is different.

I do not not like it i should have just got a skunk2 im and would have been cheaper, to me it seems the motor falls on its face around 1000-4000 and then pulls hard 5000 on up..

I've been following the AEBS intake for the last month or so. It seems to be working really well for people so far. I'll probably be picking one up soon.
What about some people saying you'll make more power with a stock B16 manifold other than a Type R manifold. Whats that all about? Is their any difference between the B16A1 manifolds and B16A2 manifolds?
