Default any difference between auto or manual

Is their any difference between an automatic motor and a manual motor. Im looking at B series and someone told me b series autos are not as good as manual B series. Help ME

im thinking of getting an ls block and possibly putting a vtec head on it. Do you think that would be the wise move, or should i look into a b20 with vtec head. Or just get a turbo for my d series, fraid ill blow it though, its a d15b vtec

do a search, find what you like the most and most important how much money are you willing to spend.
