Default Accord H22 fuel problem

hi I have a h22 swapped into my 5th gen accord.. i have had recent fuel probs.. i have been running very lean.. i got a fuel press reg.. that didnt help.. diff injectors and fuel pump.. but then again i am still running lean my fuel press is at 40psi at idle and 50 when accelerated. .. but when i sit and idle for a little while.. my air/fuel guage creeps up all the way to rich.. but when i take it out to drive.. it never hits rich at all.. could i have a bad O2 sensor? or what else can be my prob.. please let me know what you think

unless you have a wideband o2 sensor your A/F gauge is just going to be a light show.

i have a regular phantom autometer A/F guage.. there has to be some reason why it is doing so.. when i idle for a little while it will creep up slowly to last bar on rich.. but when i drive or idle in gear.. it will be last bar on lean or maybe not even light up on the guage.. no light show effect ever took place.. when i floor my car.. i dont even hit rich like it is suppose to..

cause autometer is a POS

you cant really tell by the little lights. thats far from 100% accurate.. i think that A/F light gauge is a waste of money but thats my thoughts...

on the other hand h22 naturally run rich and 40psi isnt lean at all. so i dont see how you would fall lean ??

fuel pressure at idle is 40psi and above idle is about 50.. i have a new fuel pump and fuel regulator.. my next thing is probably the fuel filter.. it is pretty old.. so i am going to change taht and see if it helps.. wut all efffects could a filter have on the fuel?

i will put money on nothing being wrong until you pull your plugs and tell us what color the tips are.
those a/f gauges are worthless. the stock o2 sensor cannot read very much at all. it is a switched sensor meanig that it can tell that its lean when its beyond stoichiometric and its rich when below stoich.
its does not have the capability of saying how far off from perfect it is, all it can do is say High or Low....

yep....those types of gauges are so inaccurate that they aren't worth what you give for them.....get rid of it or just ignore it..seriously........if you have the stock p13, then i'm sure you won't be lean...they're too rich from the factory.....
