Default piston help please!

I'm rebuilding a 94 gsr solely for daily driving. I'm in need of replaceing some pistons so I was considering going with usdm type-r's. My questions

1 will these pistons mechanically fit onto eagle esp rods and will the valve cutouts work with .5mm oversized crower stainless valves?

2. This should increase the cr from about stock of 10:1 to about 10.8:1 from what info I could find. Will this little increase REQUIRE any fuel management. I'm running just a stock 94 p72 ecu and engine is not overbored. Thanks for the help!

Not worth the trouble.

You have to narrow your eagles and machine lock grooves into the piston and grind the pins shorter.
