Default H22 swap questions

I was planning on doing a jdm h22 swap into my 94 accordex. I was wondering the time it usually takes. I was also wondering any problems i can run into while doing this. Please let me know anything you ran into while you did it. I am planning on doing it at my freinds house with his dad because then i got everything i need except a lift. lol

Depending on your experience, the swap can be done in a day to 3 days.

Depending on how good a mechanic you are, with 2-3 people it should take around 2 days.

Shamless self promotion, but I recommend the CD in my signature, it has the answer the pretty much any concievable problem or question that you might have about an h22 swap into a 4th or 5th gen (depending on your case). Including several step-by-step illustrated how-tos, wiring diagrams, the prelude and accord factory service manuals, etc, etc, etc.....but to answer your problem, about 2 days.....3 days by yourself w/ little mechanical skills. Give a week to sort out all the gremlins.

Hey if someone can help me out I would appreciate it...I did the auto to manual conversion in a 1993 EX, but now I have to weld in the new passenger side frmae rail mount for the tranny, and I don't have another car to compare placement before I weld it in.
If someone has a 1990-93 Accord 5 spd, and has there engine out, could they please take a few pics of their passenger side frame rail mount, so I can see where exactly I have to weld it.
Thanks in advance.
