Default What is the Process of Removing the bottleneck(s) in the Stock ITR mid-pipe?

I hear how some people have removed bottleneck(s) (not sure if there is one or more) in the stock ITR midpipe. Can anyone explain how they did the improvemenet. I know there is one bottleneck right after the cat where the pipe necks down fairly small, but are there any other areas of the pipe that need attention, like near the last resonator or something. Any info would be cool. thanks.
