OBD2 to OBD1 harness...

I'm looking to pick up a P28 ECU for my mini-me swap and i was wondering if any of ya'll knew a site with a good deal on OBD2-OBD1 conversion harnesses? i remember seeing a link on here selling them for $100, but i can't seem to locate that any more. any help would be appreciated.
