Default HELP: AEM EMS - Upgrade from v.94 to v1.03..now car wont' start

as the title says. The Stat Sync'd does not turn ON when i'm cranking it. I also noticed that the fuel pump is not pumping. Main relay is disable and what should i set my main relay at? this is 2000 Integra running 1010 box BTW.

P.S - my v.94 was running fine...it cranks but it doesn't start. Fuel Pump seems like not pumping.... Any help would be appreciate!

Go to configure outputs and check the requirements for the fuel pump which I think is "LS11". Make sure it doesn't say "Road Speed at least 255mph" or something like that. If it does, change it so that its true. Hope this helps

me and a buddy had the same problem. I think you need to go v.89 then go to 1.03 or whatever it is. Im not an AEM person but We went threw the EXACT same thing. He quiet and just reverted it back to v.89. please do not quote me on this. I just remember hearing somehting like that. I bet all your graphs are at zero. IM Foozball-26 he can help you. tell him it's the same problem he had.

does it start on a 1.03 base map? when you use the base map make sure you go through every step in the "1.03 conversion notes" like the cam/crank sensor, iat, o2, etc. If you want, email me your map and ill see if i can get a chance to look at it im kind of busy though. If the Stat Sync isnt lighting up then the EMS isnt initializing. Reseat the ECU harness connections to the EMS unit. Check all the pins to the harness too.

From my understanding, even if you had the most terrible map uploaded to the EMS and it wouldn't start the car whatsoever, that Stat Sync should always come on when the ignition is started (maybe when the ignition is on, cant remember). This is assuming your laptop is online with the EMS when your attempting to start the car.

I had this problem before with my 1010 when I went from .89 to .94 and I blamed the updated firmware, but it was one of the damn harness connectors that wasnt snapped in all the way.

Weird. Try what BlueSi2k recommended. Theres alot more stuff you need to setup with 1.03 before you get started. But I cant figure out why the Stat Sync wouldnt light up? You should give AEM a call Monday.
