Has anyone had problems with the Tial 38mm wastegates?
I have heard of several problems with the Tial 38mm wastegate? Spiking and a few other things. Anyone heard anything?

Where did you hear this?
No reason why the 38 should be any worse than the 35hp... or if even any better. It uses the same top as the 40mm and the body is pretty much the same as the 35mm... there really isn't very much difference between the 35hp and the 38.
