i have a problem with my cel which always come on when i rev it pass about 5 -6K and stays on, but when i turn off the engine and start it again everything is back to normal and then as soon as i rev past about 5 - 6K it goes on again.

VTEC right? It could be a bad oil pressure switch. Check and find out waht code it is.
