If you're poppin' fuses, you probably have a short somewhere...somethings not supposed to be touching. Did you do something recently in the Center control counsol at all? (putting in a new deck maybe?) If so, a loose wire could be touching something and thus burn out your fuses.

checked all my fuses only one got mess up. I was trying to find out why my radio keep turnin on and off and now my seat belt and my clock wont turn on either... weard ****
check in the underhood fuse box at the "backup" fuse. its 7.5amp. I popped one randomly one day and had the exact same problems on my 91. Had me worried that i messed something up, but turned out to be that fuse. good luck.

Okay, you found the faulty component, but you still haven't fixed the problem. The popped back-up/mem fuse was done by something on that circut. You said that the stereo has been turning off and on? This could very well be the cause of your popped fuse. Turn the radio on, lay down on the passenger floor board, so you can see up behind the stereo with a flashlight. Get a long screwdriver so that you can manipulate the harness and connector that is plugged into the back of the stereo. I've seen two problems here: one is the printed circut board inside the stereo breaks and causes problems, and I've also seen problems where the harness itself is misrouted and piched between the radio/dash brackets and shorts out a wire.
